I have been "tp-raided" twice, earlier, just as it seems you was. I then figured id build my base so it is not possible to climb up on my roof.
I put foundations around my base with 1 pillar in each of them, 3 stories up. But, still they managed to get on my roof by "barricade-climbing" up one of the pillars. For the two instances of tp-raiding, I got my stuff back almost immediately, as both I and one admin got a screenshot of the guy who was in my base without even breaching any doors or walls..
Yesterday or the day before I was raided again. They were able to put one stair between the pillars, and as I found a hole in the third floor wall, they must have jumped from the stair and placed c4... On the other side of the building, they had barricade-climbed up a pillar, got onto my roof and jumped into the top floor, through the breached wall there.
I was offline when this happened, and was very annoyed at what had happened. This case of mine is currently under investigation, though, as they chopped away all the boxes in the loot room (remove trace i guess)..
I read online, and found out that only 1 pillar in the center of the foundations is useless.. You should put pillars in all possible places of the outside foundations, some on the internet said. This would prevent them (in the future) from building a stair (and thus blowing a hole in one of my walls).
I hope they will be unable to climb up pillars with barricades if there are many many pillars on the foundation, but they might still just build a foundation of their own on the outside and climb up their own pillar or stair, and jump onto my pillars and then onto the roof. This would make them able to tp in as well, which im trying to prevent... :/
Now I read you could use spikes around your house, that it might be a solution. Some said, though, that it will only slow the raiders down from entering your "base area".. But instead of using this as a wall around your base, why not place 3 spikes in a row in all possible ways around your base, tight tight near your own foundations. And also a gate so you can get out and in.
Those spikes might do the trick...as it increases the "jump distance" to my pillars/my roof so that they will be unable to jump from their own foundation + pillar outside the spikes. The downside is that they cost a lot of wood and that they are actually easy to chop down (I´ve heard), though when chopping them down raiders will take health.
But again it might just slow them down.. Say you do have spikes all around your base, tightly, and for each spike around the base there is another 2 or 3 (outwards) making the jump distance longer. This would make it impossible to jump over (without taking lots of damage). Im speculating though that, what if they just built a foundation and a stair high enough, would they be able to get over that large jump distance?
Another idea in my mind is this:
Make a tight wall with spikes around your base (width of 1 spike...not 3 as before), then make another such wall around your base, but this "layer" half a meter or so from the other one; a distance which a raider can see as a good spot to stand on/jump to, but such a distance that whoever stands there will get hurt by spikes in front and back, and quickly die. This, I think, if you make 3 such fences with some space in between around your base, will force them to break down the wooden gate first, then raid your base from the first floor and up, making c4-spending too much for them to even want to raid your home, probably, unless your home doesnt have many doors and seem easily raidable

Im going to try this last idea.. Might do the trick. Though I think it is 100 wood for each spike, and as my base is veeery large I think it´d cost me 7000-8000 wood, which i would not want to spend.. So this makes me think I should rather put up many many barricades around my base (in the same manner as I said) and also with a wooden gate, and with some spikes somewhere. but then again, they´d just build a box, jump onto that, then onto a shelter they´ll build and then jump onto the barricades and get over the "fence"..
Hope this gave you some ideas.. I will try a few of them out. Not very structural post, im sorry. :/
